Description
Vida Fitness T-Bar Row Platform helps build full body strength and muscle when performing exercises with a barbell in the gym or at home.
Easy to use; simply insert the post into at least 2 stacked weights and slide a barbell end into the opening of the attachment. No drilling required!
Our platform fits both 2” Olympic barbells as well as Standard 1” barbells, giving you more flexibility of use.
Made from solid steel meaning the platform is durable and long lasting. Dimensions are 33x33x11cm.
Each order comes with 1x platform and 1x olympic barbell clip.

Easy to use
Simply insert the post into at least 2 stacked weights (suggested minimum of 2x 10kg plates), slide one end of an Olympic or Standard barbell in the relevant opening and stack weights on the other end. Use the barbell clip provided to keep weights secure to the barbell.
