    Description

Measures approximately 4 1/2" by 7 1/2" and 8" tall with harness poles making it 17" overall length. Wheels are 3" front and 3 1/4" rear. Constructed as best I can tell of cardboard, lacquered paper and wood with wire canopy supports. Detailed photos show the neat features, where repairs or strengthening may be needed and some minor damages that can be overlooked or easily repaired. Unsure of age, but was found in a part of the attic that was closed in when a 1950's remodeling project was done on the house. It is fragile, but structurally pretty sound. No attempt to clean due to it's fragile nature and afraid of doing any damage. Comes from a home in a cotton mill workers community of South Carolina. It displays nicely and shows the abilities of semi-skilled hands working with what materials were available to them at the time.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: I have pulled the stud holding the front wheel carriage and yokes to be able to pack in a much smaller package to save shipping costs. You just have to position the yoke and push the stud back into place.
