The Bat House is manufactured in the USA by JCs Wildlife. Great for insect control.
Built to meet and exceed proven criteria set forth by Bat Conservation International.
"Versa-Chamber" design with graduated crevice spacing, this house accommodates all bat species in North America which use bat houses.
Poly Lumber construction provides ultimate durability and longevity from other animals and wear and tear.
House comes fully assembled with pre-drilled and includes stainless steel screws for easy mounting. Recommended placement at least 12' high on pole or gable of building.

This bat house design is the culmination of over 20 years of bat house design and research by certified wildlife biologist Steve Barlow, founder and owner of Wildlife Integration, LLC.
This house is also carefully built to meet and exceed proven bat house design criteria set forth by Bat Conservation International. The house also features a patent-pending “Versa-Chamber” design which provides graduated crevice spacings to accommodate all bat species in North America occupying bat houses.
The JCs Wildlife Recycled Poly Lumber 5 Chamber Bat House is brown with a green roof, and a black back side. This color variation allows for use in most of North America, keeping in heat from the morning sun without overheating the bats inside during the day while they sleep.
While traditional wooden houses decay rapidly from the inside out due to bat activity and guano, our product is made completely of recycled poly lumber and stainless steel fasteners. This sturdy construction will be practically indestructible to both bat usage and attempts to usurp by woodpeckers, squirrels, and other unwanted guests.
The JCs Wildlife Recycled Poly Lumber 5 Chamber Bat House also boasts roosting crevices with pass-through grips and ventilation grooves for maximum airflow and superb gripping surfaces for bat use.
Our 5 Chamber Bat House also comes pre-drilled for easy mounting to a pole or gable end of a building, along with four included stainless steel mounting screws. With a simple installation process, you’ll be housing hundreds of bats in no time. This Bat House will need to be mounted at least 12' above grade.
This bat house can house up to 500 insect-eating bats (depending on animal size) and can house every bat species that normally uses bat houses, including Little Brown Bats, Big Brown Bats, as well as others based on your location. Bats are wonderful additions to reduce flying insects in your area. Bats living in this house will also provide a spectacular bat flight exit event every evening!

Shipping
If the item has free shipping, we will only ship free to street addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states (PO Boxes may incur additional shipping charges). Phone numbers are required for shipping processing. Items are shipped by either Fed Ex or the US Postal Service and take 1 business days to process.

Returns
DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what was ordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. If a replacement part or product is not available, a refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Return Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective, damaged, or materially different item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer (if applicable), and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Please note that eBay may automatically deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. Please note that JCs Wildlife will only accept returns of items in unused, resalable condition.The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
