Vintage late 60’s early 70’s
Tritak Performance Mopar Racers Catalogs produced & distributed by Peter Tritak of Tritak Performance, Clifton, NJ.
Back in the day, the team of Tritak & Morgan were feared competitors in NHRA’s Division One Junior Stock & Super Stock classes. Pete was the crew chief while his good friend Billy Morgan handled the driving chores. The team held multiple NHRA National Records & received many awards during & after their racing career.
Both 10 page catalogs being offered are identical except that one catalog cover & back page is printed in red & the other in blue. These catalogs have been in Peter Tritak’s possession since new. They are advertised as used but are really NOS (new old stock). The staples holding them together MAY show signs of rust & minor paper staining because of the 40+ years of shelf storage at the Tritak Performance Racing Garage. The majority of these vintage catalogs were destroyed by a roof leak & just a handful survived.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a vintage piece of Mopar drag racing history from one of the early innovators & pioneers of the sport. If you are a vintage collector of Mopar memorabilia, I can almost guarantee that you have never seen either of these items until now. A great
addition to any vintage drag racing, Mopar or high performance catalog or magazine collection.
