4 Deadlift Band Pegs Heavy Duty. USA made solid steel band pegs. Not made with thin steel either like other manufacturers. 4"x4" plate, 1" solid peg 6" long 4" usable. Mounting holes are 1/2". Much better quality than Titan and a better deal than Black Widow band pegs. NO HARDWARE INCLUDED. You will have to supply the bolts or lag screws needed based on your platform. I have deadlifted with Cap, Rogue, Troy, Body Solid, Gold's Gym, Fitness Gear, York, Rep Fitness, USA Sports, Weider, Valor, Ethos, Titan, and Xmark bars and all work great with these deadlift band pegs. Great addition to add resistance to your deadlift, squats, bench or ground work outs. Lighter weight with resistance bands with these pegs help strengthen your grip as well
