    New other open box. The quadcopter was taken out of the packaging and installed, but never operated. When I got the batteries, they had died. Then I have ordered another set but then never used. The quadcopter was put back into the box and stored in a dark corner of the room. The battery that will ship with this item is the replacement battery that was never used.
