This piece was acquired from a music promoter's sale.  I believe it to be of limited production, distributed to folks in the industry.  I couldn't find another, and thought it might be of interest to Collectors.
The box is made of sturdy cardboard similar to an old cigar box.  It is covered with paper graphics of  burnt matches lined end to end around the sides.  On the top more graphics and an image of vintage Plymouth(?)  w/California plates and NEIL YOUNG SILVER & GOLD front and center.  Inside are images of Neil Young w/companions.
The box is empty.  I don't know what it may have held originally if anything.

easurements are:  7 1/4" long x 5 3/4" wide x 2" high.  The condition is good with some wear to edges.
'Silver & Gold is the 23rd studio album by Canadian / American musician Neil Young, released on April 25, 2000. Many of these songs were written in the late 1990s, though the title track was written in 1981; by his own estimation, he had been trying to get "the take" on this song for around ten years.
The album was a nominee for Roots & Traditional Album of the Year – Solo at the 2001 Juno Awards.'
