Betsey Fowler Signed Art Framed Sea Otter. Condition is Used/good. Quality sturdy metal frame under glass, ready to hang. Approx. 13” by 11”. Artwork only is 8” by 10”. Cardboard on the back was wet at one time but print was never wet. It is in excellent condition. Frame may have a tiny scratch or two if you look close but very nice frame and a rare Betsey Fowler original. Colorful and unique sea otter, “just laying around lunching”. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
